Akzo Nobel says ICI rejected approach

(Reuters) - Akzo did not give any financial details. A source told
Reuters on Sunday it had offered about 600 pence a share.




ICI shares closed on Friday at 546.5 pence, giving it a
market capitalisation of 6.56 billion pounds.
